Senior Project Manager - Structured Finance - Energy Industry

Your tasks:
- Senior Deal Team Member
- Support senior level execution bankers and deal team leaders in gaining and executing mandates
- Lead financial modelling exercise
- Lead internal credit process with oversight from execution bankers and deal team leaders
- Attend negotiation sessions with clients and legal counsel
- Work with distribution team to develop syndication materials
- Mentor junior team members

Your profile:
- Strong financial and energy industry experience as well as in-depth knowledge of deal processes
- Experience in dealing with internal and external deal team members
- Strong credit background and understanding of leveraged finance
- Initiative, strategic skills, Flexibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication as well as negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
- Strong work experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint
