SVP Structured Products - Equity Derivatives - Tax Structuring

Equities Trading and Finance Desk is seeking a Senior VP / Director level Tax Structurer to join their team. You will be working as the main Tax Structurer on a Structured Products desk primarily focused on international tax arbitrage and tax efficient structured finance solutions. Suitable candidates have 5-7 years experience in structuring tax products for a Structured Equity Products Desk.
The team is seeking a candidate that will be heavily involved in developing new products, idea generation and the internal and external development of the tax efficient structuring effort within the group.
Ideal candidates have a combine skillset of strong product development, technical structuring and internal as well as external marketing skills.
Candidates need to have a profound knowledge of the existing tax structures and should come from a previous equity related tax structuring background or an internal tax role that was heavily involved in reviewing structures that have been originated by the equities business.
A deep understanding of the tax-related flow being structured within a innovative Equities Team is absolutely essential and crucial.
This role is available due to a team member transfering into a different role and the available seat needs to be urgently filled to allow the current strcuturer to transfer into his new role.
