We are urgently seeking a structured commodity derivative professional with extensive experience in relationship banking, structured product transactions and asset acquisitions across US markets. The structured transactions business which focuses on initiating & executing structured commodity derivative solutions for corporate clients;
The Ideal candidate will work with corporate banking and structured finance to integrate commodity derivative products into bank finance offerings

Heavy communication and understanding with project finance / investment banking side of business. Manage relationship with Investment Banking and Leveraged Finance groups to market bank products to potential clients.

Clients may include private equity acquisition firms, hedge funds, utilities, asset developers and retail energy providers
