Structured Finance (Emerging Markets)

Top Rating Agency is currently looking to recruit a Director in its Structured Finance (securitisation) group. Based in London, the Emerging Markets business area oversees SF ratings across various asset classes (including loans, credit cards, rental receivables and residential mortgages) in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
As primary rating analyst you will be responsible for analysing all aspects of the transactions, in particular credit, legal and structural risks. You will have interaction with offices in Moscow, Johannesburg and Dubai as well as with FI and Sovereign practices.
You will develop relationships with key clients and have:
- Good understanding of consumer and housing market and its trends
- Good understanding of consumer lending products
- Ability to think analytically- understand and evaluate complex issues
- Highly developed communication skills
