Top Rating Agency is looking for an Associate/Associate Director Credit Analyst to join their team covering Structured Finance –Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS).

London, Permanent position.

The role involves credit surveillance of CMBS transactions at Real Estate Level, Loan/Credit Level and Bond level.

Main Duties include:
- Cash Flow analysis
- Analysis of the properties backing CMBS bonds
- Debt rating (considering structural features and specifics for each transaction)
- Preparation of press releases and rating presentations to committee
The individual will have:
- knowledge of property level cash flow underwriting, valuation skills, credit structuring
- Ability to use & develop Real Estate Cash Flow models
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to argue persuasively
